What are research peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids. Many occur naturally as signalling molecules in living organisms, and synthetic peptides are widely used in laboratory research. All products on this website are sold for laboratory research use only — they are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. Research compounds should only be handled by qualified individuals in a suitable laboratory setting, following appropriate safety procedures.

Are your products tested?

Yes. Our published batches are third-party tested by external laboratories. You can view and verify the Certificate of Analysis for each listed batch directly through our verification tool on the website. Results include HPLC purity and quantity, plus heavy-metal, endotoxin and sterility results where shown on the individual certificate.

How do I know I'm getting genuine products?

Each listed batch has a unique batch reference number and a corresponding Certificate of Analysis. Simply enter your batch number into our verification tool to view your results instantly. If you have any concerns about authenticity, please contact us immediately.

Can you source peptides not listed on your website?

Yes! If you can’t find what you’re looking for, just get in touch. We have access to a wide range of research compounds and can source most items on request. Contact us with what you need and we’ll get a quote for you.

Shipping & Delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

In-stock lyophilised peptide vials ordered before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-working-day delivery. Peptide pens prepared from our in-stock peptides take 2 days to prepare and label for sale before dispatch, and are then sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-working-day delivery. Specialist out-of-stock items take 14–16 days in total. All items are dispatched in protective, unmarked outer transit packaging to safeguard parcel integrity during courier handling.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free next-day tracked delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 are £5.99.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date if your parcel hasn’t arrived. We’ll investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (including interest-free Pay in 3 on eligible orders) via a secure payment link, as well as UK bank transfer. If you use the Klarna or Zilch app, you can also generate a virtual one-time Visa or Mastercard in your app and use it on our secure card payment link. When paying, please use only your Order Number as the payment reference.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to make adjustments.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

You can cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery, and then have a further 14 days to send the goods back. For product quality and handling reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of research vials once they have been opened. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Full details are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
