If third-party laboratory testing confirms that a product does not match our published specifications, we’ll take full responsibility and provide:

• Testing Costs Covered: Reimbursement of reasonable third-party laboratory testing costs.
• Shipping Covered Both Ways: Reimbursement of the original delivery cost and reasonable return shipping expenses.

To make a claim, simply contact our team with your order details and third-party laboratory test report. We’ll review the results, verify the findings and guide you through the refund process.

How to Request a Return

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery. To request a return:

1. Contact our team through our website with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Provide photographs or relevant documentation if the product is damaged or defective.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions where necessary.

For eligible online consumer purchases, you generally have 14 days from delivery to request a change-of-mind cancellation, followed by another 14 days to return the goods. Products should be returned securely packaged and in their original condition wherever possible. For change-of-mind returns, handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may affect the refund amount. Your statutory rights concerning faulty or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.

Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase. For eligible consumer cancellations, refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe, generally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back. For other approved claims, we aim to process refunds within 5–10 working days once the issue has been resolved. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Exceptions

Due to the specialist nature of our products, some items may not qualify for a standard change-of-mind return.

• Custom Orders: Products genuinely made to your specific requirements or personalised for you may be non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Specially sourced products are not automatically exempt.
• Opened Research Vials: For product quality and handling reasons, we generally cannot accept discretionary change-of-mind returns of research vials once opened. Any exclusion from statutory cancellation rights applies only where permitted by law.

These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described. If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies for a return, contact us and we’ll be happy to clarify the available options.
