Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-working-day delivery.
We carefully prepare and package each order to make sure your research materials reach you in suitable condition. All parcels are dispatched in protective, unmarked outer transit packaging to safeguard consignments during transit.
Peptide Pens (2-Day Preparation + Next-Day Delivery)
Pre-filled peptide pens, filled fresh to order from our in-stock compounds, take 2 days to prepare, inspect, and label for sale prior to dispatch.
Once prepared, all peptide pen orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-working-day delivery (with free delivery on orders over £50 and full tracking provided upon dispatch).
Special Items
Some specialist products are made to order and are not held in stock.
These items take 14–16 days in total, including delivery.
We’ll make any extended delivery times clear on the product page so you know what to expect before ordering.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to supplier availability, carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.
