How to Verify a Peptide COA (UK): A Step-by-Step Check
For in-vitro laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Corex Vitality™ supplies research compounds to adults (18+) for laboratory research. Nothing on this page is medical advice.
A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is only useful if you can confirm that it is genuine and that it matches what you are buying. This guide shows UK researchers how to check a research peptide COA in five steps, using a real Lingda Laboratory report from the Corex Vitality™ COA library as the worked example.
What a COA is, and who commissioned it
A COA is a laboratory’s record of the tests it ran on one sample and the results it found. It should name the laboratory, give a unique report or batch number, state the methods used, and show the results against any stated limits.
For the compounds sold by Corex Vitality™, testing was commissioned by the manufacturer or supplier before the stock reached us. That is why the Client field on the original certificates names that party rather than Corex Vitality™. We publish each COA exactly as the laboratory issued it, without editing, so the report can be checked against the laboratory’s own records.
Five steps to verify a peptide COA
Find the COA before you order. Search our COA verification page by compound name or report number. Each product page also has a View Lab COA button beside the price.
Match the compound, size and number. Check that the sample name and size on the COA match the product and strength you are ordering, and later the label on your vial. If the COA covers a different size, the product page says so.
Check the report with the laboratory. Lingda Laboratory COAs carry a Proof of Authenticity QR code and a report number in the header. Scan the QR code, or enter the report number exactly as printed at lingdalab.com/verify. Lingda states that a returned record confirms the report exists and that the values match what it issued. If a number returns nothing, the document did not come from that lab.
Read the results against the limits. Look at the HPLC purity and chromatogram, the measured quantity, and any extra panels. Lingda COAs report heavy metals by ICP-MS, endotoxin by LAL assay and sterility, each with a stated specification.
Know what the lookup does not prove. Lingda notes that a lookup does not prove the vial in your hand came from the tested batch: a report covers the sample received on that date. Keep your vial label, order details and the COA report number together for your records.
Worked example: BPC-157 10mg (Lingda Laboratory, LDA22161152)
This is how the published BPC-157 10mg COA reads, field by field. You can open it from the BPC-157 COA search.

What a COA does not tell you
Purity is not identity. HPLC purity is the share of the main peak in the chromatogram. Reversed-phase HPLC can separate closely related sequences, but it does not by itself confirm the molecule’s mass. Only one Corex Vitality™ COA, MOTS-c 10mg from Bio-Analysis Centre, includes an LC-MS identity check.
One sample, one date. A COA describes the sample the lab received. It is not a statement about every vial or about storage after testing.
Size coverage varies. Not every size has its own COA. For example, the published Semaglutide COA is for a 40mg sample, and the Tirzepatide COAs cover 10mg to 60mg.

Frequently asked questions
How do I check a peptide COA is genuine?
Find the report number on the COA, then check it with the issuing laboratory. For Lingda Laboratory COAs, scan the Proof of Authenticity QR code or enter the report number at lingdalab.com/verify. If the lab returns no record, regard the COA as unverified.
Does a verified COA prove my vial came from that batch?
No. Lingda Laboratory states that a lookup proves the report exists and the values match its records, but not that a particular vial is from the tested sample. Match the compound, size and batch or report number on your label to the COA.
Who commissioned the testing on Corex Vitality™ COAs?
The testing was commissioned by the manufacturer or supplier, so the Client field on the original certificate shows that party rather than Corex Vitality™. We publish each COA exactly as the laboratory issued it.
Do Corex Vitality™ COAs include mass spectrometry?
Only the MOTS-c 10mg COA (Bio-Analysis Centre) includes an LC-MS identity check. The Lingda Laboratory COAs report HPLC purity and quantity, heavy metals by ICP-MS, endotoxin by LAL assay, and sterility.
Does every size have its own COA?
Not always. Where a size has no COA of its own, the product page and our COA library say which size the published COA covers.
