Cagrilintide is a synthetic analogue of amylin, a peptide hormone made in the pancreas. Native amylin readily forms amyloid fibrils, and the discovery paper describes the chemistry used to make a stable, lipidated analogue [1].
Cagrilintide acts at two related receptor types: the amylin receptors (AMY1R, AMY2R and AMY3R) and the calcitonin receptor (CTR) [2][3]. An amylin receptor is a calcitonin receptor paired with a receptor activity-modifying protein (RAMP) [4]. Compounds that act at both are described in the literature as dual amylin and calcitonin receptor agonists (DACRAs) [3].
This is laboratory and receptor research. It cannot be applied to people. Corex Vitality™ makes no claim about any effect of Cagrilintide in the body.
The report is LDA22160972 from Lingda Laboratory. It was tested on 2 September 2026 and issued on 3 September 2026. The laboratory was commissioned by the manufacturer or supplier. The COA is published exactly as the laboratory issued it.

Yes for the 10mg vial. The COA is from a 10mg batch (LDA22160972). There is no separate 2mg or 5mg COA.
The 10mg COA (LDA22160972) shows HPLC purity >99.73% ± 0.18% and a quantity of 11.06mg. It also covers heavy metals, endotoxin and sterility. It does not include a separate molecular-mass identity test.
They act at different receptors. Semaglutide is studied at the GLP-1 receptor. Cagrilintide is studied at the amylin and calcitonin receptors [2][3]. See our GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptor guide.
